This financial backing belongs to the candidate and must remain in a bank account in their name. It is not a payment to Emirates Global Employment, it is not a commission and it must not be transferred to the company. The backing can be demonstrated through bank statements, bank certifications or other verifiable financial evidence, in US dollars or the equivalent in the applicant's local currency. Having financial backing above the recommended minimum, together with clear and verifiable documentation, may strengthen the candidate's profile and facilitate the documentary assessment of the process, always subject to the requirements of the destination, the hiring company, the corresponding institution and the competent authorities.

Does EGE guarantee a job or a visa?

No. EGE is a recruitment and support company. The approval of any job, visa, permit or sponsorship depends on the hiring company, the country, the program, meeting requirements and the competent authority.

Do I have to pay that financial backing to EGE?

No. The financial backing is not paid to Emirates Global Employment. It is the candidate's own money and must remain in a personal bank account in their name. It may be requested as proof of solvency and can be demonstrated with bank statements or certificates, depending on the destination and applicable requirements.

Does having more financial backing improve my process?

Having financial backing above the recommended minimum can help present a stronger file, especially when accompanied by real, verifiable and organized documentation. However, it does not guarantee employment, a visa, admission or official approval; each process depends on the profile, the destination requirements, the hiring company, the corresponding institution and the competent authorities.

How much financial backing is recommended?

Initial references for work processes: United States from USD 3,000; United Kingdom from USD 5,000; United Arab Emirates from USD 6,000; or the equivalent in the applicant's local currency. The exact amount may vary depending on the process, profile and applicable requirements.

Which destinations can I apply to?

EGE supports processes toward three main destinations: the United States, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, according to your profile, employer demand, regulations and official approval.

What do I need to start?

Complete the pre-selection form with truthful information and verifiable experience. Later we will ask for documentation that we will validate securely.

How much does the process cost?

The terms are explained transparently during the assessment of your profile. We will never ask you to transfer the recommended financial backing.
